1. Publisher and general information

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all product orders and all "mail club" subscriptions made via the website www.bloomieam.com, published by bloomie, a trademarkof Amandine Duvey Lesouquet, a self-employed entrepreneur registered under number 985 221 043 00013, domiciled at 41 rue Jacquemars Giélée, 59800 Lille, France. The sales and subscription service is accessible from the website www.bloomieam.com. Customers or subscribers can contact bloomie by email at hello@bloomieam.com for any requests for information, support, or complaints. Any order or subscription implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products and subscriptions

Bloomie offers original creations: illustrations, posters, stickers, bookmarks, and other decorative and stationery items, printed, cut, and prepared by hand. Each product is presented with a description and photos that are as accurate as possible. However, color variations may occur depending on screen settings, but this does not constitute a defect. Products are available while stocks last. Bloomie reserves the right to modify or remove any product from the site at any time without notice.

Bloomie also offers paid subscriptions (mail club) whereby subscribers receive a pack containing Bloomie creations directly in their mailbox at regular intervals, depending on the frequency chosen. The contents of each pack may vary from month to month.

3. Price and payment

Prices are quoted in euros (€), including all taxes. Bloomie is subject to the micro-entrepreneur regime (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code) and VAT is not applicable. Delivery costs are specified before the order or subscription is confirmed.

Payment is made via Stripe, a secure platform that allows the use of credit cards and other compatible payment methods. For subscriptions, payment is automatically debited at the chosen frequency. In the event of payment refusal or invalid bank details, the order or subscription will be canceled.

4. Ordering and subscription

Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer declares that they are of legal age and legally competent before placing an order. Before final confirmation, the customer must check the accuracy of the information entered in the order form. The order is only considered accepted once bloomie has received full payment via the payment platform. A confirmation email containing the essential information about the order is sent to the customer as soon as the payment is validated and recorded in the system. Bloomie reserves the right to cancel an order or subscription in the event of a dispute or incorrect information.

5. Delivery

Products and subscriptions are prepared and shipped from Lille, France. Preparation times are generally 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation, plus shipping times. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer or subscriber. Bloomie cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damage related to carriers or circumstances beyond its control. Any address errors or repeated absences may result in additional charges for a new shipment.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

The right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Code (14 days) does not apply to handmade products or packs sent as part of a subscription.

For subscriptions, customers can cancel at any time by contacting hello@bloomieam.com or via the link sent to them on the day they subscribed. Periods already paid for remain due and access to the subscription continues until the end of the paid period.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer or subscriber must contact Bloomie within 7 days of receipt, sending a photo of the product. Bloomie will offer an exchange or refund, as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (illustrations, text, visuals, designs) is the exclusive property of bloomie or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

8. Personal data

The information collected during orders and subscriptions is used for delivery and order processing. Bloomie complies with the GDPR and guarantees customers and subscribers the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to personal data. These rights can be exercised by contacting hello@bloomieam.com.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. If no agreement can be reached, the competent courts shall be those of Bloomie's registered office in Lille, France. Customers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.


10. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

When placing an order or subscribing via www.bloomieam.com, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC without reservation.
